Very Disappointed with the Return Policy and Customer Service | by Di Zhou on Jan 18, 2021
Bought a wireless earphone yesterday on Jan 17, 2021. This is the first store I have ever seen that wouldn't allow return of a product which was purchased within 24 hour. Yes, the box was opened but there was no damage at all to the box. It was not like I had to cut though layers of wraps to open the box. there was only one round shape sticker that I had to remove to open it. The female manager was unpleasant to deal with. she was very dishonest too. During a follow up phone call to the customer service, she claimed she told me about the return policy when I made the purchase. But the fact is, she wasn't even there when I purchased it. It was a nice male employee who gave me the product and I paid through the cosmetic counter. Anyway, I will never buy electronics from there any more. I strongly recommend people not to buy electronics from that store either.
