Couldn’t have had a more unprofessional experience! They us ripped pants, refused to accept a return, yelled and got mad over the phone, lied to us about “not being able to do refunds”, claimed they only do refunds on non opened items, not faulty, then got noticeably upset in the store and still refused the return! And told me if I “have a problem” to contact their head office who apparently has no phone number!
