The pharmacy techs ask irrelevant personal questions that change every time I get a prescription refilled. My answers aren’t recorded, and my experience varies wildly from visit to visit. None of the questions they ask are ever recorded, and are often repeated between drop off and pick up. Beyond the chaotic process, they can’t seem to hang on to staff. Not worth the convenience. I will go somewhere farther away to get a more consistent and respectful service.
