I am not impressed with the striploin I bought, I cooked one, I used cold water to thaw it, when I opened the package up, it didn't look like a staek, it was in not really in the shape of a steak, I cooked it, it definately didn't look like a steak you buy from a restuarant, If I was a rate this purchase, I'd definately send it back, very disappointing, oh I am a 3rd year apprentice as a red seal Chef, :(
