Melania was very rude and nasty to her clients even i had a question to do with a Visa card i recieved in the mail she said she couldn't do anything to help but when I have to come this way to ask a question she gets very pushy and abusive. She doesn't need to yell and tell them I have 15 minutes and not apologize for her behavior when I was going take less than 15 minutes to be helped by employee Chris.

My husband and I did our taxes with H & R last year, one of the t4's for my husband brought- but not included in his return. H & R Block did not include this t4. Now we received a bill from Revenue Canada for $1,600. My husband went to H & R Block yesterday and they didn't give a shit they told him this is your problem not ours. Now we are stuck with a $1,600 bill. We will never do our taxes with this crackerjack outfit ever again. what a joke they are. All our friends will no longer be submitting there taxes through H & R Block
