I had tried to make a exchange of an unopened video game that I had a receipt for and was denied the exchange when I asked to speak to a manager the customer service manager told me he was the manager when I persisted he was not and I wanted to speak to someone with more authority he became abrasive. I will not be returning to Walmart as I was extremely embarrassed by this associate's actions I have since taken my purchases to to best buy the location this happened was Albany Walmart in Edmonton the manger was called but never came forward I'm extremely dissatisfied that the manger would not come forward and that he allows his associates to conduct them selves in this manner.
