Myself and my significant other ordered two large double doubles, we were given one large one medium what I can only imagine is coffee from the bottom of the pot but they ran out so topped them off with water. Both were tasteless didn’t have any sugar in them and were thrown out when I went to call them I found there was no phone number to be found anywhere!

This is the third time in 3 days Ive got the wrong order ! Tonight ordered coffee got a tea. Unbelievable.

I will never come back here again I ordered a tea with 1 milk cause I can’t have coffee anymore, instead of giving me tea I got coffee when I drank it it was cold and tasted old and burnt seriously annoyed and when I looked online for the number to call everything is available except the phone number for this location. How convenient!

The worst location of all Tim Hortons Always being asked to go wait in parking lot for my orders No matter what time of the day it is. Usually Ice Capp and 2 berry chill or Ice Capp and a sandwich or cesear salad. Today it was around 7pm no line up I ordered right away an Ice Capp and a cesear salade. Around the corner was another car at the window, waited a couple minute and he was told to wait in parking lot for his order. Arriving at the window my Ice Capp was ready the employe was asking coworkers about my salad then took another order when the car arrived behind me I was asked once again to go wait in the parking lot for my salad. Seriously!!! Once in parking lot the car that was ahead of me was still waiting for his order. We waited a few more minutes for our orders. I think they need to get organized and be efficient like most other locations.
