Absolutely disgusted with the staff at shefield express in st albert mall, Alberta. I bought an ecigarette and specifically ased if everything was included and was assured it was. Got home filled up the atomiser to give it the time to soak into the wick - put it altogether and it didn't work. I read the instructions and found out the battery was NOT included. I went back to the store and was rudely told no exchanges, no refunds. i asked to buy a battery and was told sorry they dont sell them. Boy was i mad - i went in to purchase an egigarette that i could use now and was assure i could. what a joke i asked to speak to the manager and she threatened me that she was calling security. what a bunch of crooks and rip off artists! I am out $85 and have an unusable e-cigarette as well as being unnecessarily threatened for asking to speak with a manager - extremely rude uneducated staff. not impressed and will be sharing my experience to as many people as possible.
