i went to the we serve side of the gas bar and waited 10 minutes for someone to come outside and help me. i went inside to see if anyone was working on that side and the employee whose name is troy said we have to help the people on the other side first, which would have been fine except there were no customers in the store!!!! i asked for customer service number and he said safeway does not have one. If this employee would have been NICE i would have let this go but he was very rude and made me feel llike going to the we side serve was a huge inconvenience. When i asked for the customer service number and his name he loudly said " so what you are coing to complain about me!" completly horrible horrible customer service. This was the first time i have ever dealt with this here you would do good to put him in a position that has nothing to do with customers!!!!
