What an horrible experience. Walked in on July 7, 2021 AFTER the mask mandate was lifted. As soon as I opened the door, a worker said: you have to wear a mask in this store”. Is replied with “seriously”. She responded very emphatically with “ SERIOUSLY”. I am not sure why I didn’t just walk out. Was helped by a very dogmatic, rude employee for the bra fitting. I bought a bra but will never ever shop there again! Rude, rude people.

This store came highly recommended as one which provides personal, exceptional service, although expensive! Boy was I disappointed!! I realize with covid that times are different and precautions need to be taken, however the sign on the door says ‘fitting rooms by appointment’, as well as a sign saying thank you for shopping local. So, in I go, I am met instantly by a woman who tells me that it is by appointment only for a fitting room... so okay I say, so can I come in and shop in the store? The lady says, just wait i will see if we have an open room yet, but in the meantime you can look around here... and she waves her arm in a semi circle, around the pyjamas, and a few bras and panties on a clothes rack... I am thinking... weird, but okay... Thw lady comes back, takes my name and phone number and says ‘this lady will look after you’ (and she gives me a name), then she motions again indicating I can now look throughout the store, just follow the pink line... Okay, so I walk along the pink line over to where the bras are located, because that is what I came in for... there are sooo many bras jammed together that there is no way I can see anything about them...I reach over to move some aside, on the hanger... turn over a couple of price tags,.... I am dumbfounded... not a single bra less than $95. most are upwards of $160-$200+... now I expected pricey, because I had been told this previously, but I had also heard about the great personal service!! Next thing i hear, over my shoulder is ‘excuse me’... ‘excuse me’, and a woman leans in in front of me and says, not nicely I might add, ‘You have to stay behind the pink line.... now how am I to even know what I might be interested in, if I cannot even look at them? Needless to say, I WILL NOT be supporting this store, EVER, with such a poor customer service attitude!! Did I just come on the wrong day?...Nonidea, but you can bet I will share my experience with every woman I know... so NO, for sure I would not recommend them!
