Armadio by Delia WAS a great place to consign a few years ago. Now, however they lose one’s consigned clothes and blame it on their computer system and covid. Not impressed!

I was really surprised to read these 2 previous reviews. This a fantastic store with the loveliest staff. They have an incredible selection and it's obvious that they take pride in their work.

Absolutely zero customer service here. The staff come off as arrogant and could care less about the people shopping there. I'm not sure why woman like to shop here? I was carrying a bunch of clothes around and no one offered to put them in the change room for me, and three staff members had passed me. When coming out of the change room I guessed as to which rack I had to hang the clothes back on again. No one said "Hi" or "Bye". In the current economic conditions you would think someone here would at least try to gain some customer loyalty. I will not be returning to this store and will definitely be giving my money at another consignment store.Overall I'm too frustrated by their arrogance and snobby attitudes to continue to shop or consign with them.

When my sister had to leave Calgary to find employment in a new location (Cayman Islands), I offered to take her winter apparel (late August for) consignment at Armadio by Delia. They "lost" all the items that they had agreed to consign. After I questioned them on this they found the items but we had already lost our window of time for fall and they ended up putting everything on sale in December and January at greatly reduced prices. A few months later I decided to give them another chance and brought in a few items for consignment in the May/June summer season. Again, they lost my items and never put them out for consignment and in July, I ended up retrieving them from the store. After this experience, I will never shop or leave items with them for consignment. There is another store nearby, Expressions and they are a very well run store and seem to have a loyal customer base and I would highly recommend them as a consignment store.
