Once you sign in with their fitness center it is very hard to cancel your membership. I tried calling them but they are very hard to get in touch. I also went to their centre but they were closed. All Gyms are closed because of COVID 19 but they are still taking money from my account. Expensive Gym compared to other Gyms in the city but not very impressive service.
