I went to Thorncliffe CIBC this morning. The ice in front of the Bank was shamefull, there was no sand/ice melt in front of the bank, the handicapped spot was full of ice, I use a cane, when I saw the ice I left and went to CIBC Northmount. You don't care about handicapped people or you would clean the ice away from the parking spot!

The stores are fine,but the walkway is the most dangerous to walk, use a walker, wheelchair. Someone is going to get hurt badly. PARKING LOT is jusrt as bad, with holes you could easily break bones ,get a concusion or maybe worse.will omeone please do something about this mess. Maybe the CITY should be notified if ignored.
