I visited Sunridge Mall Fido store yesterday and I wana to switch to Fido from lucky Mobile. I tried to set up online to pick up SIM card from this store but the online set up didn’t worked. The store Manager Amber was extremely helpful and sorted out everything with a breeze. She explained each and everything so that I can understand terms and conditions of my Agreement. Excellent customer service
