went in to buy a flip cell phone for my senior wife. Bert D went over and above to make sure that everything was explained to us and made us feel like we were very valuable customers. will go back to him at all times in the future.

I went in to buy a new phone for my son we have been with TELUS for ever my husband and both my sons and myself all have an account and was told because I didn’t have a valid drivers license, it expired 5 days ago, that it was there store policy that they couldn’t help me! I still can’t believe it!
