I recently purchased shoes to accommodate orthotics. I wish your staff was more knowledgeable in fitting the shoes. Purchased a pair of Smartwool socks for $16.99. The socks slip at the heel. I believe I was sold the wrong size and understand there is no return on the socks. Feel the staff should have better knowledge of their products. Disappointed

I would give this a zero if possible. My boyfriend purchased a pair of boots for me for Christmas sweet gesture but they don't fit. I called the store yesterday to find out if I could exchange these boots and was told they don't carry the Blondo Vida boot. My boyfriend checked his statement. That's where he bought them. I called back today to say hey, they were purchased there i'd like to exchange them. The girl on the phone was able to pull up a receipt for the boots without even asking what item I was calling about. Obviously the same person I spoke to yesterday The Vida by Blondo boot on Nov 18. Anyways.... here I am stuck with a useless gift of boots that don't fit, that were very overpriced, from store that LIES to their customers on the phone by saying they don't carry those boots. Just avoid shopping here. First and last experience with Sole to Soul
