Sears - Calgary, Alberta T2J 3V1 (Southcentre Mall)

I've been shopping at this location for more than a decade, but no more. In November I returned a kitchen item and the staff member made an unacceptable racist comment. I was upset after leaving the store and made several attempts to call and speak to the manager. Of course, no one would put me through. Now very frustrated, I emailed customer care for Sears. Their reply was that they take this type of thing seriously and would send my concern to the manager. Almost 8 weeks later I had still not heard anything from the manager so emailed customer care again. I let them know that I was very disappointed with the lack of response from the store manager and that I would be cancelling my Sears account (which I have done!) and will never set foot in their doors. I will also tell this story to anyone who will listen. Horrible, horrible customer service and total disrespect for the customer. If there was a lower rating than one star, that's what I would use.

Poooor service, I got a gift of a fragrance . My boyfriend was NOT TOLD It could not be returned , he was not given a sample to smell it , therefore the box was opened at Xmas so I could smell it.. The person selling it never explained not to open the box ...terrible service , me tried to return it and they refused !!!!!
