" we have a line outside and I don't think you're going to buy any frames, so please leave our store" said an employee of the Lenscrafters South center mall location in Calgary AB to my brother and I as we were about ready to purchase 2 frames with lenses and give them a $1000 worth of business.

I received a call that my glasses is ready on Sept 21. When i came to pick it up the next day, ONLY the lens came back without the frame . How did this happened when my order was complete set, lens and frame?? This is a TOTAL NON DILIGENCE of the staff. I was not happy when i left the store. I absolutely wasted my time.
