I was at this store last night looking for shoes for a Christmas party. No one else was in the store except for staff. I walked around for a few minutes and no one acknowledged me or asked me if I needed help. I found two pairs of shoes that I wanted to try on and stood there for over five minutes with them in my hands while the staff just spoke to each other at the front desk. I tried to get their attention to no success so I just left and went and found my shoes at another store.
