I bought an engagement ring worth $3500. Within 14 days 2 diamonds on separate occasions have fell out. 8 weeks later and the problem has not been resolved. Full lifetime warranty was purchased and I am getting rude short ended convos from the manager Linda. I've been "banned" from the store because they don't want to deal with their mistakes.
