My phone was stolen and I went to this store for help. I purchased a premium protection plan with them. I am experiencing a lot of health problems. I am limping and have an eye ulcer. In the past I have passed out due to extreme cold weather. I asked them for a loaner phone because of all of my problems and so I could make doctor appointments. There were two associates there. It hurts that they knew all of this and did nothing to help me.
