I have heard the owner, as well as staff, yell and raise their voices at the children. Staff are often overbooked more children than they are legally allowed to take. Teacher to child ratios such as 15 to 1 instead of the legal 8 to 1. Meals often come from a can. Inspections are not done randomly so the staff know when to be on their best behavior. One teacher is obviously an alcoholic. Staff turnover is very high. There is very little staff training or certification. I will never take my child there again. They shouldn't be allowed to take care of children at all.
