I am facing problem with my transaction and it is on hold by branch. From last two days calling and leaving voice messages but no body is responding. This is totally unprofessional attitude. Spoke to customer services head office and representative left message to Scotiabank Sage Hill but still no action taken. Thinking to change my bank.

I visit the branch quite often as i had some banking issues.The last time I was in I went to sit down in the seating area. I think the employees didn't notice me because all I heard was the Manager complaining about a customer and how they credit ratings was and what all he did. It was so uncomfortable listening to that as I can I only imagine how they must talk about me and every other customer that walked in especially hearing a manager set an example like that. It's a shame as that is the closest branch to me and I have my account there. To all the other Sage Hill customers be aware when you enter as you will be judged and spoken about once you leave. Very very disappointing you invest your money with a bank and trust them only to be treated like this. I wouldn't recommend anyone opening a new account there as the whole branch will know your business. Thank you
