This location has become the London Drugs that I shop at. However, I went to the makeup section and wanted to purchase about 6 NYX butter lipsticks. I really struggled with finding the colours I was looking for. The wrong colour would be in place of a different colour or there was quite a lot out of stock. Not a big deal but did find it annoying. I went to the customer service to make my purchase with other items I chose and after paying I asked to use the washroom. The cashier gave me a hard time about having my shopping bag, with items I just paid for, in the washroom. She told me I wasn't allowed to bring my purchases into the washroom. That frustrated me because I wanted to also use one of the makeup items before leaving. I don't appreciate being told I can't have my belongings she rang through in the washroom and the way she came across to me. I spend quite a lot of money at London Drugs.
