They just want to make money. 3 road tests and a rental and I still don't have my license, even though I was driving carefully. Paperwork takes long, and they make you wait. I'm also pretty sure they discriminate against Asians, since I've heard that the testers do and say discriminitory things towards Asians. I would strongly recommend any other registry in the city over Richmond.

If you can go to any other registry please do it. I received horrible customer service and had a very unpleasant experience with 1 of the Examiners. It had just changed from a playground zone where I was going 30 and it was not even 10 seconds after it ended he shouted very rudely, "you are obstructing traffic, you need to FRIGGIN speed up!" From that point on I was very nervous to go slow on any road and he later failed me for speeding.
