OMG !!!!What are they doing?....Branch manager useless....needed 3 employee at the counter to figure out what is going on with my account !!!! Be careful with the promo they wont honor it or try to do anything to keep it. Was given wrong info by employee....Needed to escalate my problem to BMO senior vice in order to fix it. Do yourself a favor Go to TD or RBC or SCOTIA but please not here...you've been warned!!!!! Go away
