Order was wrong, corrected at window as the amount was so far off, received an even more disconnected order when we got gone. Why we go back is on us - so bad - always!

Ordered small ice d coffee and worst service... coffee had just cream in it no coffee at all. When I asked it to be replaced the person at the window objected and said that that’s how it is made. Very disappointed in the service. Will never order at this particular store ever. McDonald’s should look into this.

Order a hot fudge sundae from there, and see if what they hand you is basically icecream in the cup, then they put the cover on and fill the top with about an inch of hot fudge. Happened twice, and the second time it was after corporate had supposedly talked to the location to make sure they do it right. The manager the second time said they can't make it perfectly. I said, "you can't make the sundae the way it has been made for the last 30+ years?". Good grief. Every other McDonald's knows how to do it.

I work with City of Calgary as a Transit operator. I was mid-shift and in desperate need of a coffee, i approached the drive-thru by foot since my 60ft bus would not fit in the drive-thru. I was refused service, Josh asked me to enter with my vehicle. This was an outrageous request since i consider myself a front-like worker, ensuring Calgarians receive the transportation they need. Josh and his disrespect to my profession has lead me to a decision, i will not visit any mcdonalds ever, and will make sure people know about my story.

Spent 20 minutes in drive through just to get wrong order for kids meals. And my meal asked for no cheese and no sauce. Get home and there is cheese on the burger which I can not eat do to health reasons so no dinner for this dad and now I see why you can’t call the store or email. Too many bad reviews

I ordered 20 nuggets, 2 Big Macs and 2 medium fries. I was told to drive around the corner and my order will be brought out in 3 minutes. I waited 10 before I drove around again through the drive thru to receive the order. I got home and realized that there were no dips for the nuggets. I ordered 3 kinds when they asked, and both big macs had absolutely no Big Mac sauce just a little bit of ketchup. No dips for nuggets? And no bug Mac sauce on a Big Mac.. isn’t that what makes it a Big Mac? Super disappointed and most likely won’t be back.

I came to this place last night, ordered a Big Mac meal and 4 junior chickens, they gave me someone else’s order and when I got upset with them the manager rolled her eyes at me and said you can go somewhere else if your not happy with our service. Very rude and will never go back to this place

We go here every morning at approx 6:15 am. Same thing every time, at least a 10 minute wait for 2 coffees. How long does it take to get coffee to the only customer in line? Today drive thru was busy so we went in. 2 people in front of me. 1 ordered coffee one with food. 15 min5layer we got our coffee then the future got his food. Mcmuffins hand picked from a group in a bin. Bet his food was yummy. 3 people on and they can't manage a slow rush!! One was running her butt from the front to the drive thru. Because of this we never eat there as the service is horrible no matter what hour or day you are there. Step it up. Going to start going to Tim's down the road. Faster to drive there and get our coffees. I'm sure many people do this. I'd rate lower than zero if I could. This is not fast food service in smy way!

I’ve been to this location twice and every time I was there, the manager would yell at employees right in front of the customers as if they were her slaves. It was very sad to see and both times they were young employees.

Have been to this McDonald’s twice. Both times the order was incorrect. The last eat was a happy meal for my daughter that had no cheeseburger in the box. Come on, how hard is this?!

Staff friendly and helpful from the get go. Orders 2 Mozzarella Seriously Chicken burgers, one crispy and one grilled. Got 2 seriously chicken burgers both crispy and no mozzarella to be seen! Fries warm. Kind of disappointed.
