Came to Marks this Saturday to Buy a winter Jacket, Older lady came over to so called Help, She wasn’t very helpful and quite rude, then after I found what I was looking for, with no help from her,she was up at the till and she Just glared and made me feel very uncomfortable She is a older lady that is stuck in a retail job that she doesn’t like, If she doesn’t like working with customers she shouldn’t be working at a customer service job she should be working in a cubicle somewhere she should really retire
