Booked an online appointment at Easthills but on arrival was told we would have to wait 15 minutes, 30 minutes later we were moved to a station but were no further on,kept being told 5 more minutes! Staff were unfriendly and manager unprofessional. As a personal services business owner myself I understand you can get behind occasionally but this level of customer service was unacceptable! We ended up leaving and will most definitely never be back!
