Would be a zero star review if that was possible. BUYER BEWARE, all the Brick cares about is getting your money. On our past 2 purchases from the Brick we were told one lead time only to be plagued by delay after delay after delay. The first time this happened we thought it was just bad luck, one of those things....now that these "delays" have happened on two orders in a row it is crystal clear that The Brick strategically gives lower lead times in order to secure you order and take your money. Do yourself a favor a take your business to a more honest and ethical company!!!

still waiting for a promised delivery of an item the store was out of..... should have been here by Oct 28 - no one answering the phones... again - i will not be dealing with The Brick again, neither will my neighbours..... enough..

We visited the store today, Feb 25/19 to purchase a pedestal for an LG Dryer. We dealt with Rashid. He was extremely knowledgeable & very helpful. We come into the Beacon Hill store every once in a while since we live in the area. Would definitely deal with RASHID again.
