I ordered a new Iphone 11 and when it came in went into this location to pick it up. Jason went through everything, explained the changes, helped me with my trade-in (Yes! trade in) which allowed me to get the Otter box protection, screen saver and a power bank for my new phone. He is one of the best retail clerks I have dealt with and Rogers Beacon Hill has a customer for life! Thank You Jason.

The manager and the staff really take care of their customers. During our recent experience at the store during the Black Friday sale, the manager took several hours out of his busy schedule to help sort out a problem with a new plan set up by the Rogers home office. It was very appreciated.
