Wish i can give them a negative star rating but one is the least possible (which is overrated). Had the worst customer service experience possible in this location, their CSM dosen't even know their product. Complained about it and management said they will take action. This has been close to three weeks now and have not had any follow up from the location or from management. Fake customer service and fake promises to improve, if really want customer improvement advice talk with your customers. This store location CSM is not qualified for this job and requires more training (rewatch your store videos). Hopefully companies like amazon drives them out of business. DON'T go to this canadian tire location, its really awful.

Having severe breathing problems I was exempt from wearing a mask by the doctor. Nevertheless at the entrance I was chased, intimidated and almost forced into wearing a mask by Canadian tire employee. She forced me to answer personal questions and made fun of me when I was leaving the store. It felt really humiliating. Obviously neither the store administration nor it's employees even bothered to read the Canada-wide laws set out by Ottawa and have no ethical approach towards their customers. Really disappointing...

I waited 20 minutes at the locked socket cabinet for an employee to assist after requesting help from a worker wandering the store. I went and used one of the "Request Help" phones on a pillar and tried that. It rang for the 10 minutes during which time I went to customer service requesting help, but there was no one there. I could clearly hear the phone ringing at the back of the store while I waited at customer service. I asked the lone person working a checkout till and still didn't get help. I gave up and went to the Canadian Tire on Country Hills and got a socket from the unlocked cabinet and paid for it and was out the door in less than 5 minutes. I would give 0 stars if the category existed.
