Obviously... whoever in Crescent and NE TnT messed up the schedule and no one picked up my package yesterday and today. I've been trying to call the NE TnT branch to have me book for next week bcoz ur driver never showed up yesterday and today. Nobody is answering the phone. I was able to talk to someone earlier and beg her multiple times to put my name for next week to pick up my package. And guess what...she keep insisting I will call you back. I will call you back...And she never call me back. Terrible customer service!

I went in Manila express Aug 5 , 2020 the person was alone it 1755 and the store was close but in your Web site stating until 7 pm which one is true her or the Internet information.
