The Chinese lady was very rude. We asked for drink refill. We specified not to put ice but she added ice, we asked if she could remove it but she got pissed off. When we were about to pay on debit she was not happy. She wanted us to pay cash as refill only cost 75 cents. We paid on debit for our food why she wanted us to pay in cash for the refill. She started yelling.. no refil no refill it’s covid.(Asian accent). I’m just wondering why you have to yell since we also paid for our food. Soooo STUPID! No MANNERS at all.
