I went into Marlborough Telus store this morning as many calls to customer care did not help with problem of being able to download Telus invoice. I clicked on download and nothing happened. Thanks to Azan A. in 2 minutes had my invoice downloaded in my i-pad. After clicking download he clicked on the home button and picked the blue file app clicked on that and all the invoice ikons came up, clicked on the first one and got it. Maggie B.

I honestly don’t know if I would still be with Telus if it wasn’t for the service of Kamila.She was patient with me I didn’t feel rushed and she explained everything simply and clearly and being an older person that’s huge.Give her a raise or a promotion.
