It's a dim future for us as humans if Pearson Vue's customer service represents what we should grow to expect. When it comes to arbitrary and soulless policies that ignore people's needs and refuse to adapt to changing circumstances (such as mandatory 3 hour drives during inclement weather while sick), not to mention scheduling that corners you into dates with no contingencies, these folks take the cake. Expect reps to hide behind arbitrary rules
