The manager and her mom are the most disrespectful people. They behind customers back while they are still in the store. They also keeping putting clothes from years ago back on the rack for full price and lie to customers when they ask about it. They are racist about their employees. They will lie and cheat to any means necessary.

My daughter needed to use the washroom she requested the owner, but the owner was extremely rude to say they have no washroom, but she allowed another person. I will not be back here. There is no room for respect here?

i went in an needed a dress for a dance show, the sales rep was freaky and it was too ghetto of a place for me. 1/5 no customer appreciation in this place, they ready to take your cash but not give proper customer support. Iwill shop marlborough mall, but not here unless u cant find your outfit elswhere,last resort only.

I went to this store after 4 years. The owner helped me pick out a few things, rather she forced them on me, but I thought to try it. I didn't end up buying not even a single piece. She then began to go on and on about how great it looked, which it didn't even fit me. Never will I return to this store. If your looking to update your wardrobe, I don't recommend this place. Highly overpriced. It's like if you don't buy something they look at you like what the fuck. They are desperate for sales.

I had a very bad experience at this store. I told the employee I am looking for elegant evening wear. Instead the employee started to show me revealing, I mentioned to her it must be covered up a little...she was unable to comprehend ''elegant wear''. I was told they offer 7 days exchange. I also asked for a discount and received 30%, and was told when customer get's a discount item is final exchange...but they were willing to make an exception this one time. I went back home as the dress wasn't approved by my husband. I came the next day..this time the owner was there...but she didn;t allow the exchange an said it final sale. Which I explained I undestand, but your staff offered it to me. I walked out without the dress or my money back. If they won't invest their time with the customer. I simply won't be back.

I stopped shopping at this store once I caught them selling 2nd hand items in the store last weekend when I was in. The cheaper the item especially on the sale racks because the owner wears the clothes and brings them back to the store to sell. Verify the information by smelling the product; there is always perfume on it. Poor customer service also, looks like the store operator is having a hard time finding decent people to work for her. I observed the skinny white lady prancing around in a freakum dress telling a black guy "we will just have to see''( he wanted to get her number") I know Marlborough area is shady, however, this was way too much for me to even go back. Smh. Don't take your kids with you here unless your a stripper.
