WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Store owner guy is very rude. Doesn't know anything about customer service. Stated yelling when I was checking sweaters because it was damaged.

Be wary as they don’t price their items, they just charge whatever amount they think they can get from the customer. I wanted to purchase a hand bag and was shown a couple which the sales lady said were on sale for $20. Upon further inspection I noticed the handbags had sale prices if $15 each marked in them. I brought this to their attention and they told me it was a price mistake and the bags were $20 and not $15 as priced. I will NEVER return here!!!!

It's upsetting to see such a poor run business. There was no communication whatsoever from the employee side. Even when she rang me up for the pair of earrings I bought. I thought she will say bye, but not even a bad. I will walk past this store everytime I come to this Mall. Everything is overpriced here anyways.

I am always look for hijabs and I often request Ethnic retail companies to bring some in...if they can. I have been shopping at Marlborough Mall from last 30 years. There is one old lady named Shital working there at AG Fashion and I requested if she could bring them in. I asked her in the past she said she will find out. I did a followup with her. I was shocked with her answer because she told me Muslims aren't our only customer we can't bring them in. They why she told me lies? She can just said no that time. I won't come back to this store.

I left my review on yelp on this place, they have terrible people skills. They do not have the skills to run a business in the mall, even a mall as ghetto as Marlborough mall. Just bitchy types of women are running this place. I asked 1 of the indian ladies...I believe I heard the owner call over her as "sheetal"(maybe I am wrong) if she could give me a different coloured purse, and she rudely said to me and my friend "look with your eyes, in front". I was offended and my friend, we walked out of the store and never go back. That's my review here to share horrible experience. Business show be welcoming ambience. Shame on you too act like that.I saw the owner told the employee to get her from tim hortons she never even said thanks or please. She instruct her. Poor poor social skills. Even in Europe there is uneducated people, but business we do with our heart and mind. Not with our attitude.

It's o.k store it's overpriced they have good yoga pant 5 pants.$30 each so not bad I buy. not friendly atmosphere they should engage with clients to make feel special customer. It's like wal No communication.

I went in here with a friend, there was a fat lady there she was just staring at us, I found out later this is the owner! I bought a skirt,she never offer a bag and said she doesn't have any, I did a complaint with customer service to get my money back. Don't go here especially if you are of ethnic muslim, she is indian lady owner of fashion store, but looks like she is mall cleaning lady with bad attitude in life.

They carry AG Fashions, which is a fashion brand from India. I would recommend the owners break their contact with these owners. The man owner is fine. The lady owner is absolutely a *** and doesn't know how to greet her customers. She hired all the wrong people. She is extremely judgemental. Totally a jealous type of woman. She cant do anything for AG Fashions, and is not fit for business in Calgary,Canada or India. We don't need such useless people. Horrible horrible experience. Keep the camera on your phone and send it to the owners in Delhi.
