l had a bad experience today eating at Umi Sushi Express at Market Mall in Calgary.l ordered Mini Bento Beef with Yam fries.The yam fries were burned and it was obvious that the oil with which they were cooking was old and the meat tasted like chewing gum and not well cooked.l ate many times at Sushi express in differnt locations and this was the worst.Thanks
