Phones in most departments are never answered, or if transferred are not answered either. Most annoying!!

ladies shoes takes forever to answer the phone. I was on the phone for literally 45 mins to an hour wiating for an associate to pick up the phone. When associate finally pick up the phone , she made me wait again for like another 15 minutes and forgot about me. Associates are also giggling on the phone and it seemed like they didnt really check the shoe that I was looking for. Everytime I call in this department, they take forever to pick up their phone.
