First I spoke to a young woman to see if they had the object I was looking for. She was very cheerful, returned quickly and assured me they had what I was looking for. When I went in both woman were lovely, I am a senior with breathing problems, they made sure I got everything I was looking forward to. The also apologized for the boxes in the aisles as they were unpacking. To all seniors who are used to being treated like second class citizens because of our age. GO TO SHOWCASE, they are helpful and respectful.

We purchased an electric scooter and bought an extended warranty. We have been back 3 times to return it. Each time they tell us something different. Currently the story is we can only get a store credit that we have to use all at once on the day we return the scooter AND that’s only if THEY decide the scooter doesn’t work properly. We specifically asked when we bought the warranty, “If there is any problem with the scooter can we bring it back for a full refund.” “ Absolutely “ was the response. So upon trying to return it, each time the conditions changed. Now - store credit, used all at once, today.. Don’t buy stuff here. They have a 1.2 rating out of 6 and the complaints are almost always about returns and staff.

My daughter and I were in the store yesterday because she wanted to purchase a scented candle that has jewelry inside it. There were various scented candles on display for customers to sample so you know which scent you prefer. A ignorant female employee approach us and said I hope you're not just touching those for the sake of touching it because we're not sanitizing everything etc. I responded saying we're looking to make a purchase so.... My daughter went to the counter to purchase the candle and I told the staff that if they don't want ppl to touch and smell the scnented candles out on display that they should remove it because that's what it's there for. I was told that it's the store policy. Again if it's the store policy and the candles are there as samples to see which scent you want it should be removed if it's the store policy. As I was walking away my daughter overheard the female employee say very lightly you do realize there's covid. There were other customers that touched items to look at it or to read and nothing was said to them. I honesty didn't want to purchase anything from that store after my dealing with a rude employee. I won't be shopping here again or at any other affiliate store and I'll be sure to let other's know too. The situation could've been handled much better and professionally but when you have low IQ staff working there, there's not much more one can expect.
