I have been a Shaw member for the last 18 years, and in the last 5 the service and quality have completely gone south. I have never experienced so many issues with a company. Between non stop phone calls, billing mistakes, not being able to use my new internet box and so on. I will be moving providers because it has been such a nightmare to deal with this service.
