Returned a leather bag purchased online. The store so called "assistant mgr" who wouldn't give me her name was rude and aggressive (Santena??). Keep questioning me if I used the bag. I explained I only received it few days ago and it was a vegetable tanned leather bag and the spot discolouration is the nature of this kind of leather (they have no knowledge of leather). I felt like I was being interrogated. Absolute horrible experience!!
