iWork in the mall & buy our teams lottery tickets each week. The woman who works there is always so rude. Every time I go there, she is very short with me & talks like I am stupid. She needs to learn the meaning of Customer Service. I will be buying my tickets outside of the mall now.

Hardly play lotto but know when I actually win. I scanned my three lotto max tickets one said not a winner other two said $20 on each ticket. So would that make me win $40 in total? I think so! Went to the booth with three tickets and to triple check the non winning ticket. The Chinese lady gave me the free ticket draw and my old ticket! I was like hmm how come when I scanned it says I won $20 each for both tickets? She then said if you want cash I give you cash. Like wtf! Of course I want cash not only that but you stole my other $20! Realized it after the fact ~agggrrr~ needless to say DO NOT GO TO THIS BOOTH! DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THEM NOR GET YOUR WINNING TICKETS FROM THEM! DO NOT!

I bought a PICK 3 lottery ticket from this Lottery Kiosk in Market Mall, located at 3625 Shaganappi Trail N.W., Calgary, Alberta, at approximately 5:08pm on Sunday January 7th, 2018. I had asked her how to play it. She told me to "Mind Your Business". I told her that she apparently doesn't understand what I asked. I greeted her in Chinese and she said, "I'm not Chinese". This woman is Ethnically Chinese and has a very strong hard to understand East Asian accent (Chinese). She again said to "Mind Your Business"; I told her that, "you need to mind your manners".

Asked booth owner if debit constitutes cash, since she only takes cash. She ignored me. When I pointed out that that was a bit rude, she told me to F-off.
