I personally think your service is terrible! Trying to talk to someone in person is hopeless! My existing phone bill has been 43.00 then I ordered a new phone which would increase the rate on my cell phone. However never did get the phone and ended up cancelling the order. They keep billing me the extras charge! After finally speaking to someone they said the would cancel the extra charges. Never happened!
