Since the Bay credit card now powered by neo what an awful services. Waited for 4 hours on the phone listening to their"music" Had to give up otherwise have no idea how long more I would have to wait. Also sent an email as instructed on their Help (?!) page. has been 5 hours and still no reply. Canceled card no need for help from a very unhelpful business. The Bay is losing my business having neo as their credit card

I recently received my statement for The Bay. On that statement it listed the amount of my purchase, but not what merchandise I purchased. I have tried to get information by calling the number on the statement, but I was informed that the agent could only see what I see, which is that I made the purchases at Market Mall. I find this unacceptable. I have numerous credit cards and on every card it states the type of transaction. For example, my VISA statement tells me if I have spent fifty dollars on wine, or gas, or dinner and the store where this happened. How do I know that my card is not being used by someone else? During this pandemic, we have been encouraged to use credit or debit cards instead of cash, so it is important that the statements are as accurate as possible. I tried also to phone Hudson Bay Market Mall, but it is impossible to speak with a real person about this issue. I am often asked to complete surveys about my "Bay Experience". My response is always the same. Until The Bay can make doing business as "seamless" as Amazon, it will continue to lose business to Amazon. It is all about service.
