First off all we love your French vanilla,that's the reason why we keep on coming back because of the French vanilla we basically got addicted to it..Today we went to have a French vanilla,I order 3 French vanilla,i ask for a tray so I don't have to make another trip,my other hands is holding a bag of pretzel and my walet,and the services crew told me just to hold the three cups at the same time,I said to her I only have two hands,she said I know but you can stack them together..seriously??? What kind of suggestion is that?i just want the management to know that they should educate everyone to give a proper help if needed to you valuable costumer..we also work at the mall..thanks
