They forgot the ring I've ordered, when I contacted them and talked with the guy who sold it and with another person from the store, provided the purchase number and all they had is excuses of why they forgot. I asked not to resize it and do nothing with the ring, but when I came half an hour later they already resized the ring to make it non-refundable by the store policy. Stay away from them!

when and asked about the cost of watch battery replacement. the employee took my watch to "find" out and came back with new battery replaced just to surprise me with a $25 cost. Since the replacement was done without my confirmation, I was suckered into paying the replacement cost when I could have just goten it done in the Bay that's a few steps away for half the price. WTF.
