The most terrible service ever! I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order through skip dish. Firstly, Boston Pizza's driver took the food to the wrong address. The driver called me to inform me of the error, and after a good argument of 10 minutes, he decided to go back to Boston Pizza. The driver advised that he will inform me shortly and deliver the food to the right address after he speaks with the manager at Boston Pizza. After a long wait and having no response or update, I called the driver again only to hear that there is nothing he can do. This time he was incredibly insulting. He told me to talk to Boston Pizza. I requested the manager's number at Boston Pizza, but the driver hung up. I called Boston Pizza only to know that they have tossed my food in the garbage. I asked for a refund, and I was told I should ask for a refund from Skip Dish. My advice, please do not waste your time and money on this place. This was by far the worst service I have ever received. I have filed a complaint with Skip Dish. I was able to feed my hungry guest from another place. I BAN BOSTON PIZZA.
