March 8 got new phone and 2 year contract. Salesclerk was rude and unhelpful. put phone in new case without removing clear tab over camera. I wasted time in settings trying to get clear picture. Did not include a charger and did not inform me so another trip to the store. Third trip to store to fix various problems with emails and texts. All could have been avoided but she was in such a rush and so dismissive I gave up even though I run five interprovincial businesses. These kids treat seniors like garbage. I don't think one of them uses a phone for anything other than ticktock, gaming or selfies. Have bought several phones there for business purposes over the years. Will never return,
